Delivery, setup, an on-site operator and teardown are included. Tell us your event date, venue and operating hours so we can coordinate the simulator with the event schedule.
What affects a simulator rental quote?
For events local to our service operations in Utah, Arizona, Nevada and California, typically plan for a budget of at least $3,500. This is planning guidance, not a fixed package price. Pricing varies with the number of event days, travel, shipping, the selected unit and branding. We do not offer hourly pricing. Share your budget and event brief so we can discuss the options and prepare a quote.
How much space and power does the simulator need?
Our units typically need a dedicated standard power source. Confirm the electrical requirements for the selected unit with our team and your venue; do not assume a particular circuit is suitable. Space requirements also vary by setup. Send usable width, depth and ceiling height, plus venue information about power, loading access and any restrictions. Confirm the setup’s footprint and power requirements with our team before finalizing your floor plan. Compare the portable and larger branded setups.
When should I contact you about an event?
